When did you know it was for life?

There are so many different little times we knew but the big one was when I picked up Billy from a boys lacrosse weekend in Philly on my move down to South Carolina and Billy smelled just awful, we then drove the ten or twelve hours to South Carolina together. I had known him for three months and was hoping this move across states would be worth it! It was 🙂

Billy proposed at my Godmothers cabin in the Rockies.

We were in front of a fireplace on a cold night, playing the board game Clue. Drinking whiskey and enjoying the cabin I had been going to since I was a baby. He let me win the game (he almost slipped up and won…competition you know?) and the ring was inside the envelope along with a message asking me to marry him.
